Welcome to Bayou Productions.

We are in charge of the organisation of the « Saulieu Cajun & Zydeco Music, Film & Food Festival» (Burgundy, France) held every first weekend of August.

We are also in charge of the management of the French bands Blue Bayou and Zarico Playboys, specialized in Cajun and Zydeco music..

You will also find on this site some news, CDs and book reviews, concerts and festival dates and a shop where you can order CDs (we ship all over Europe).
